What is the average burn time ?
Our 12 oz. candles have an average burn time of 55-60 hours depending on scent, location (no drafts) and proper care.
What type of wax do you use ?
Our candles are made with
Apricot, soy, coconut and food-grade paraffin
Clean burning, biodegradable and natural
Renewable, vegan and non-toxic
Skin-Safe: clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed
Where is my order?
All orders usually ship within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent within one week from leaving our studio .If you have not received an email confirmation please contact hello@solbyjny.com.
Please be aware that both USPS and UPS continue to receive higher volumes of packages and delays are longer than ever. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

How often should the wick be trimmed ?
The wicks are natural cotton - lead and zinc free. We recommend trimming after every burn for a consistent throw and the longevity of your candle.
Can I create a custom order?
Custom orders pull at our heart strings, just contact hello@solbyjny.com to curate a special gift.

What kind of information does your website use?
We promise to only use the information you provide responsibly and safely. Our privacy policy explains exactly what type of information (personal email, and name) how it's collected and used to improve your interaction and overall experience with our site.
Am I able to return a broken item?
We carefully inspect all of our products prior to shipment. Unfortunately, sometimes a damaged product is received and in the event that occurs we will gladly submit a refund for full purchase price as long as photographic proof is submitted to hello@solbyjny.com within 7 days of delivery. How long are gift cards valid?
Our e-gift cards never expire, use as much or little of your balance as you wish !
