DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We strive to ship all orders within 1-5 business days, excluding holidays. If you do not receive a confirmation order within 14 days of placing your order, you may contact hello@solbyjny.com for a status update. Please do take into consideration that USPS and UPS continue to experience delays with delivery. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer expedited shipping.

The processing times mentioned above are in addition to the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days to arrive. All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

Please note that most carriers continue to experience an overwhelming number of packages due to the pandemic. Delays are longer than ever, and it is completely out of our control.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Our team meticulously inspects all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, reed diffusers, incense and room mists cannot be returned or refunded. However, we strive for exceptional customer care and will replace, or refund items damaged during shipment if photographic proof is submitted to SOLBYJNY within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong item or missing a product in your order, please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered.

You may return any unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping costs within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. For further details and assistance contact hello@solbyjny.com.
